Yes — your Moochies can be cleaned! These sticky little stress relievers are made from a super clingy Taba squishy material, so it’s totally normal for small bits of dust or fluff to stick to them over time. Here’s how to keep yours looking fresh:

🔄 Best Cleaning Method (What We Recommend)

1. Your Moochie in warm (not hot!) water for about 10 minutes — this helps loosen any particles.
   
2. Gently massage, flick, or stretch the squishy to remove dust and dirt.
   
3. Avoid towels, as lint can get stuck to the surface.
   
4. For regular maintenance, you can also rinse the outside with warm soapy water.
   
   

🧺 Don’t Forget the Storage Bag

Each Moochie comes with a soft storage bag — make sure to clean this too! A clean bag = a cleaner Moochie.

We even include an extra backup bag with every order so you can replace the old one after wear.

⚠️ A Note on Stickiness & Dust

Moochies are extremely sticky by design — that’s what makes them so satisfying to play with! But it also means they’ll naturally pick up small bits of lint or dust, especially when handled outside the bag.

We highly recommend playing with them while they’re still in the bag if you want to keep them pristine for longer.

Every Moochie is handmade and individually quality checked before it’s packed and shipped.

While we do our best to avoid dust and imperfections, it’s impossible to guarantee a 100% dust-free finish — that’s just the nature of ultra-sticky material.

That said:

• They're clean, fresh, and in great condition — ready to play right out of the bag.

Care Instructions for Your Moochie

While Moochies are made to be durable and resist tearing or disfiguration, they are not unbreakable.

You can absolutely remove your Moochie from its bag and enjoy it hands-on—but for the best long-term results, we highly recommend playing with it while it’s inside the dustproof bag. This helps preserve its shape, texture, and overall quality over time, while also keeping it clean.

If you choose to take your Moochie out of its bag, make sure to clean it after use and store it properly. Failing to do so can result in surface damage and major dirt build-up.

Each Moochie is lovingly handmade, and we restock every fortnight. For any orders marked as "pre-order", please allow up to 2 business weeks from the time of purchase for your Moochie to be crafted and dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on your selected carrier and location. International orders will require additional shipping time.
